Day One!
I am so excited to share this journey with everyone! This is my journey, it is not a template for HOW to get to Diamond in 60 days, but maybe you can take something from it that will help you in your business. :)

My goal for this week is to start my 21 Day Smart Start group to get our new coaches (7 of them!) started on the right foot and familiar with the business. A lot of them really want to start working the business, but we want them armed with the right tools. I remember what it was like to start and be really scared, ready to go, but unsure of where to start. I went through a 30 day program with my coach, but to be honest, I did it half assed. haha! No joke, I figured I could conquer this business MYSELF and that was my first huge mistake.
I wasted a year of my business trying to do it on my own, and that clearly did not work. I was Emerald for a year and really saw zero income. Why? I was focusing on myself.
Something I learned from Summit 2014 was that YOU CANNOT BE SELFISH IN THIS BUSINESS! You cannot think for yourself or be money driven or expect that things will be handed to you. I provide my team with endless information but it is 1. how i present it and 2. how they run with it that will matter.
So for August I decided to take things completely off of me and focus on my coaches. I want build a solid team before I become Diamond. I don't want to worry about losing rank, I want to keep building from what we set as a foundation.
1. 21 Day Smart Start group for new coaches
2. Coach Basics for all coaches who are not Emerald
3. Group Challenge Group (run it with my coaches)
4. New coaches reach Success Club 5 (call with Carl Daikeler)
5. What is Coaching info group 2nd to last week of the month
I plan to repeat all of these steps in September as well because we will have a new set of coaches who need added to those groups. I want to create a system that keeps repeating so that we are all on the same page and have been given the same opportunities, instead of wondering where each person is at, I know exactly where they are at!
I also started checking my Drilldown every single day. I want to be constantly aware of what is happening in my downline, because really, I am only as good as my team.
